Aarons is charging more than retail against what manufacturers set the price on their products..We can all get together and sue them with the help of the each states trade commissions,,,dont let them keep ripping off the poor in your communities. If they keep stealing more and more fromthe poor,,they will stay poor by the hand of this company,,,to charge more than the suggested retail price is a criminal offense,,,i have started my proceedings,,,several attorneys jumped on the band wagon to assist,,,even legal aid,,,all are glad to see this is stopped by big businesses.

You stupid *** moron!!! I have a good job making good money and HAD good credit until a flood destroyed my house and everything in it and then I got cancer and had $75,000 worth of medical bills.
Aaron's may have charged me a LITTLE more than what I would have paid elsewhere - we're talking maybe $300 for a living room suite and a dining room suite, but they were the only ones willing to give me any kind of credit at the time so I did not have to sit on bean bags and eat off of the floor. AND the quality of the furniture I purchased was good quality furniture. I ended up purchasing bedroom suites for my children and a washer and dryer and a television. All of which cost me less than $500 more than if I had purchased the same furniture from Ashley Furniture and the appliances from Appliance Mart. I was able to pay on it for an entire year instead of having to have all of the money up front. They were flexible with me the couple of times I had to make a payment late.
It is stupid sue-happy idiots like yourself and your little ambulance chasing loser attorneys (exactly why they have the bad reputation that they do) that keep expenses higher because now Aarons will have to defend this frivilous lawsuit because you are so worthless of a human being that you could not find something actually productive to do with your wasted *** worthless piece of *** of a life.
Know what else? I NEVER CUSS!!! THAT IS JUST HOW PISSED OFF I AM ABOUT YOUR PLAN TO SUE A COMPANY WHO MAY BE CHARGING A LITTLE MORE TO MAKE UP FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT PAY FOR THE STUFF THEY GET.
Ever think of that, Genius? Maybe their overhead is a little higher because they are extending credit to many people who could not get credit anywhere else and a decent percentage probably leaves them high and dry or do not make their payments or *** with the furniture or return it destroyed after paying minimal rental fees for it.
It is people like you that make this country embarrassing to live in!!! It is people like you who promote situations where health insurance costs too much for most of us to afford. It is people like you who encourage attorneys to follow frivilous lawsuits that end up giving them the reputation as a profession that they have.
I hope that you lose you job, you lose you home, you lose all of your belongings, you lose your credit, you lose your safety, you lose your security then you have to start over with nothing and no money to do it with. You may have a different opinion about Aaron's at that point.
