Aarons Furniture Rentals complaint by Honesty
We bought a living room set, and an expensive TV and paid them off. We promised to come back for bedroom sets when this was paid off. We did purchased a bedroom set...promised to be delivered before noon a few days later. We had once in a year family plans for that afternoon. They said they had a delivery elsewhere that was a 'problem' current account..and would not deliver until 3:00 pm. We canceled bedroom delivery/account. This say alot about Aarons - they The manager said we would be 'terrosistic' if we made a public comment.

This was the Chico store.

I am from ABQ, NM and I have to say that Aarons is a great place to lease from. I have had a couple of problems with them but they always step up to the base and get whatever it is that needs to get done in a very professional manner! Thanks to the Aaron's Store in ABQ, NM on Central and Atrisco!!!

Obviously Amanda didn't proofread her post. She may be able to spell but she can't put words together to form an intelligent sentence.

I rented and paid for a table and chairs from Arrons. The chairs (bar stool type) started bending before I paid it off. I reported it to Aarons in Nov. They promised me a new chair. I have now paid off these items and they keep telling me it is on order. I still haven't heard from them.

you need to learn how to spell before posting to sites. I rent front aaron's and never had a problem either time I have rented from them this is in knoxville,TN

get over it. have them deliver it when you get back, Aaron's in Texas go above and beyond. Many thanks to their Kerrville staff

I totally support your decision to cancel with Aarons,when you sign up for service (and pay for it) it is their responsibility to get your merchandise out to you as promised,beleive they would be right out to take back if you didnt pay. 

I had similiar problem with them not showing up on time but in my case they kept telling me its on the truck and on its way,I waited allday for delivery(on my only day off that week,I had other stuff to do)just to call at 6pm and find out "Your not scheduled for Delivery today"..I told Manager "you mean all your Employees have been brushing me off allday and lying to me.I cancelled right then and there.This was Wednesday night and can you beleive they had the nerve to call me on Saturday wanting to know if I still wanted Bed.I told the woman on the phone I wont deal with Idiots at your company and besides I cancelled and closed account.Dont call again. 

Also a lot of people feel intimidated after they sign papers and dont know they can cancell anytime up until you take possession of merchandise.At least in California thats the Law.People please dont do business with this company..
